Danielle joined my team after a successful career in the eye care industry. She is a wife, mother, and grandma that loves her family time. She is a member of my Customer Care team with 7 years experience. Danielle works hard to be sure customer needs are a priority with auto insurance and home insurance. Chloe is part of our new acquisition team and customer care team. Chloe is a native of Russellville, AL and is passionate about helping customers protect the things that matter most. She is licensed in Auto Insurance, Fire Insurance, Life Insurance, and Health Insurance. She leads our marketing team in both offices. She loves spending time with her husband, son, family, and friends.

Sherrie has been with our office since 2014. She is passionate about helping customers with their auto insurance, home insurance, and renters insurance needs. She is passionate about explaining State Farm Insurance products. Outside of the office, Sherrie enjoys time with her husband, church, family, and gardening.

Charlie is the Agent Assistant and works directly with Diana to be sure customers needs are a priority. He is very passionate about helping customers with their life and health insurance planning. He will develop a plan to meet the needs of your family. When he is not working, he enjoys family time, golf, cooking, and being on the water.

Heather started on my Customer Care team in 2016 and is now office manager overseeing our team in Madison. She is passionate about providing State Farm customers the highest level of customer service. She manages as CEO of her home as well, with 3 beautiful children and husband locally in Athens, AL. She is licensed to help you with auto, home, renters, and business insurance.

Nikki comes to us with an extensive background in healthcare field and a strong passion for helping people with their home and car insurance needs. She is hardworking, a great listener and elite in guiding customers to overcome life’s challenges. She moved to the area due to her husband’s service in the military and connection with the Department of Defense. She is licensed in auto, home, life and health insurance and eager to help customers navigate through the details of protecting themselves and their families. Taylor is our marketing specialist and is on our new customer acquisition team. She is a native of Madison County and brings a desire to build relationships with our community through marketing State Farm. Cole is a recent graduate from the University of Alabama with a degree in business. Cole started college with a goal to work in Insurance. He is passionate about having hard conversations about life insurance to be sure you are covered properly. Cole focuses on business insurance for Alabama and Tennessee. Sam is a student at the University of Alabama obtaining his degree in business/journalism. He is an avid leader in student organization groups on and off campus. He is passionate about social media marketing and takes the lead on this with our offices. He loves grabbing the phones to welcome our customers. He is passionate about building relationships with new and existing customers looking for a State Farm agent. In his spare time you will find Sam enjoying his dog, working out, and influencing his young generation.
